Who else is at Glastonbury 2019?

Who do we expect to be added to Glastonbury 2019 lineup?

Glastonbury recently revealed their first poster for this upcoming year featuring huge names such as Janet Jackson, The Cure, Two Door Cinema Club and more.

However, there are roughly 10-12 ‘Main’ stages, so we expect a large number of acts to be added to this list.

We are unaware currently as to when the full line up will be released. For 2017 it was 30th of May so we are expecting roughly the same time, if not earlier.

We assume stage times and sets will be announced at the same time, so we can begin to figure out where we’ll be and when.

So, if this is not the full lineup who else do we expect to see at Worthy Farm this upcoming June?

* The Courteeners

Liam Fray has kept quiet about Glastonbury this year but his Manchester band are appearing at a number of festivals this upcoming year so why not Glastonbury? The band played the other stage in 2017.

* The Amazons

This English rock band have been reaching new heights since forming in 2017. The band played in 2017 and we expect them to return in 2019.

* David Attenborough

Though not a performer we are expecting the legendary David Attenborough to make an appearance at Glastonbury 2019. With the festival having strong links to multiple charities and banning Plastic Bottles for 2019, there is no better time for this natural historian.

* Catfish and the Bottlemen

Welsh Indie rock band have their third album coming up within the next month and are at a number of festivals this year including headlining TRNSMT festival in Scotland. The band is no stranger to Glastonbury and performed on the other stage 2015.

* Nöel Gallagher and His High Flying Birds

Isle of Wight headliners were a surprise to some when they did not feature on the poster. Nöel has new and upcoming music this year.

* Fat Boy Slim

English DJ Norman Cook is not shy to festivals and we have no doubts he will be at worthy farm at the end of June.

* Foals

Indie band Foals are at a handful of festivals this summer including Boardmasters, Truck Festival and Y Not Festival. The English band are touring this year and have a Glastonbury sized gap in their tour.

Though there are a number of big names expected to be added, Glastonbury are quiet as to when this is to be happening.

Resale is not long away. Coach sale will be at 5pm on Thursday 25th of April while general sale is 9am Sunday 28th so good luck to those applying!
