New music for 2019.

We are only two months into 2019 and it has already suggested to us that it is going to be a great year for album releases.

Ariana Grande has already blessed us with her number 1 album ‘Thank u, Next’ and Bring Me The Horizon released ‘amo’, their first album in 4 years. With 2018 being such a spectacular year for albums such as Arctic Monkeys’ ‘Tranquillity Base Hotel And Casino’ and The 1975’s ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’, we cannot wait to see what 2019 has in store for us.

A lot of artists have already confirmed to us we will see new music from them this upcoming year, such as Foals, but many more artists have been rumoured to be working in the studio with no conformation of new music. Therefore, we are here to give you a brief insight into what we can expect in 2019, and from who.

° Artist: Foals

Album: Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1 & part 2

Release date: Part 1 – 8TH March

Part 2 – Autumn

The band have a 2019 tour coming up in June where we expect all new music to be showcased. They are also headlining a number of festivals including Boardmasters as well as leaving a convincing gap in their tour over the Glastonbury weekend.

° Artist: The 1975

The Reading & Leeds Headliners have only just released their 3RD album but we are expecting new music very quickly. Matt Healy confirmed recently on Twitter the new album release date.

Album: Norman Fucking Rockwell

Release date: “Mid-2019”

The Artists 5th album is a welcomed surprise for the American signer. She has recently released a single, ‘hope is a dangerous thing for a women like me to have’, spoiling us with a taste for what is yet to come. The singer, before the album release, is expected to release a poetry book.

° Artist: Billie Eilish

The 17-year-old has recently taken the music industry by storm, walking up way into the top 40 with When The Party’s Over. The depressing electronic pop singer will grace us with her debut album late March.

° Artist: Cage The Elephant

The indie bands 5th album follows their 2015 Grammy winning album Tell me I’m pretty. They recently released a new catchy single Ready To Let Go.

Courteeners have just embarked on their winter tour, in which they showcased new music for fans. This suggests to us Liam Fray is set to be working on a new studio album for us soon.

Just like Courteeners, The Vaccines have been playing new music for fans up and down the country making us believe new music is on its way.
