Huge new names added to Reading & Leeds Festival.

Reading & Leeds festival 2019 have added another huge wave of artists to this year’s line up.

The indie rock festival has been around for years and seen big names play on their main stage including Arctic Monkeys, Oasis and The Strokes. And this year is no different, currently headlining is Brit winners The 1975, Twentyone Pilots, Post Malone and returning to the stage is rock legends Foo Fighters. Other huge artists feature on this year’s lineup including Royal Blood, Blossoms and headlining the Radio 1 stage Bastille.

Just announced headlining the Radio 1 stage on the Friday is young talented rapper Dave. He’ll be up against The 1975 and it’ll be a big decision for some fans on where they’ll be spending their Friday night.

Other acts added to the main stage include Counterfeit, Mayday parade and Milk Teeth!v

While the Radio 1 stage sees the likes of Sea Girls, Boston Manor and Gun Keller.

Splits for stages Radio 1 dance Stage, The pit and Festival republic see the likes of Dappy, and much more.

The festival, despite announcing 70 acts today claim there is still more to be announced!

The festival have also announced stage and day splits to the upcoming festival. Weekend and day tickets are currently on sale for the festival, which takes place August bank holiday weekend. Weekend prices to which include camping cost £205. However, this doesn’t including fees and postage which will bring the cost up to roughly £230. While day passes to the festival cost £69.50 plus fees and postage.

The festival currently offers extras to your normal ticket including early bird admission allowing you to set up camp Wednesday instead of Thursday. As well as Coach and ticket packages, the well known seat of luxury and car parking passes.


So, following the huge new waves of acts tonight we can’t wait for August bank holiday week!
