The Naked Quench

Going plastic-free and the rise of zero-waste shops.

Packaging-free refill shops are on the rise all over the country as the backlash against plastic gathers pace.

Kathy has taken this a step further, opening a plastic-free coffee with the help of her local community.

Nothing in the shop is single use, with a emphasis on customers bringing in their own reusable cups for their drinks.

As a result of a social media post gone viral, The Naked Quench was able to complete fill out the shop with with second-hand furniture donated by the community.
